SM-01 Symmetrical Complementary Output Stage Power Amplifier
SM-01 has maximum power output 120 Watt (rms) per channel. We use discrete transistors and high quality passive deviceห throughout the SM-01.The design make use of true complementary concept from input stage to output for linearity, low distortion and quality of sound. In input stage, we used low noise biopolar transistors. The use of current sources help reduce power supply noise on output. SM-01's Driver stage is designed in cascaded complementary concept for increase bandwidth of frequency responce. The output stage is designed symmetrical complementary output stage configuration.This help the positive and negative output swing to be resulted from output stage of equal gain. The result is clean and smooth sound with low crossover distortion.
